Our Approach

Skincare: A Consultative Approach

At Spa Harmony, we take a consultative approach toward skincare. When you come in for a visit, one of our trained professionals will sit down with you to determine what your goals are and explain how we can help you reach them. Our consultants will explain our various services that address: skin protection, nutrition and skin health, diet, vitamins and minerals, special nutrition for the skin, antioxidants, aging and more. Together, we can create a plan that is personal and comprehensive, and which will address your specific skincare needs.

Bodywork: Taking your Health Personally

Everyone is different in their overall health, level of fitness and wellness, and susceptibility to injury. So at Spa Harmony, we take an individual approach to plan preparation and goal setting. You will meet one-on-one with our wellness professionals to discuss your health and wellness as well as any injuries you may have. Together, we will put together a workable and effective plan indicating your goals and benchmarks for success or recovery.

What to Expect

For new clients, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check in and to complete a client history, as well as relax, prior to your services. We offer a changing

room and sitting areas to aid in relaxation. During massage and body treatments you are discreetly covered. Spa Harmony cannot be responsible for valuables left in the spa.

Spa Etiquette

The Spa is a smoke- and cellular-phone-free area, conducive to providing a relaxing environment. Children are only allowed in the reception area and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times, or they may use Cameron Kids childcare services for a fee and based on availability. Cameron Kids accepts children ages 6 weeks to 11.

Age Requirements

The minimum age for use of the Spa is 18. Exceptions may be granted with permission from the Support Services manager. Children ages 5 to 18 are allowed to schedule some spa services with parent/guardian consent, and parents/guardians are expected to accompany their children in treatment rooms.

Reservations/Cancellation Policy

We encourage all spa packages to be booked on the same day. A 50 percent deposit is required for all services of $275 and more. Should you need to cancel, you must notify the Spa 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Failure to do so can incur a fee of 50 percent of the scheduled service or services.

Products

Spa Harmony features only the highest quality ingredients and essential oils in our full skincare line, Pure Harmony.

Wellness Center

Guests are invited to enjoy the Wellness Center, which includes pools, sauna and steam rooms, as well as multipurpose and cardiovascular equipment. The daily fee for the use of the Wellness Center is $10 for Spa guests. Childcare is available for a fee for up to 90 minutes on a first-come, first-served basis for ages 6 weeks to 10 years.
